


Anna Rosanna Yoga offers spiritual, hatha yoga classes to all abilities. Using the breath to connect the mind and body, slow and steady movement, holding the poses for longer than in vinyasa flow. Classes are by candle and fairy light therefore deeply relaxing.
They are relatively gentle and slow so ideal for beginners, all ages and for students who prefer a more relaxed style where the poses are held for longer.
During class there is absolutely no pressure to be ‘flexible’ – a common misconception about yoga. You just need a flexible mind, going at your own pace in a way that works for your body.
We hope to connect likeminded people together. There is no judgement, everyone is welcomed and supported in an environment which helps you relax, go within and reach a higher consciousness.

Classes include a short introduction to the theme, a seated meditation, a gentle warm up of the whole body to help prevent injury and prepare for the asanas. Sun salutations, taught with easy to understand explanations, great for beginners or experienced yogis; followed by moving onto standing postures, concentrating on the breath and holding for a few moments and finishing with seated postures and a deep Savasana meditation.
The classes will unplug you from the external world of action and constant movement, enabling you to go within. Healing overactive minds and relieving any worries about the past or stresses about the future, bringing you in the present moment.
We want you to leave the class feeling calm, rejuvenated with a profound sense of inner peace and happiness, helping you to manifest the life you desire.
